My life hasn’t always been calm or clear. Like many women, I grew up in environments where survival came before understanding, and where many of the patterns around me simply became the way life was.

For a long time I carried those patterns without even realising it. The way I reacted, the way I handled stress, the way I moved through relationships and life

so much of it had been shaped long before I had the awareness to question it.

Some of those patterns helped me get through difficult seasons. But eventually I realised they were no longer helping me become the woman I wanted to be, or the kind of mother and person I wanted to show up as.

That realisation began a deep journey of learning, reflection, and healing.

The work I do today comes from walking that path myself.

Through breathwork, reflection, and coaching, I hold space for women who feel ready to gently look at what may be sitting beneath the surface of their lives. Not to judge it or rush to fix it, but to understand it.

Because when we begin to understand our patterns, we gain the power to change them.

not just for you, but for the generations that come after you.
